Spray polyurethane foam (SPF) aka spray foam insulation is made from a family of chemicals called isocyanates. Isocyanates pose a health risk when pressurized, which happens during the spray foam installation process. Once the material has cured, the chemicals neutralize completely and pose zero danger to the home’s occupants.

To further protect our customers and their families, we mandate a strict 24-hour waiting period following spray foam installation during which occupants must vacate the home. This gives the material ample time to cure and eliminates health and safety risks.
